Contact Dakota
Dakota is a stablecoin platform for storing and moving money. We run regulated infrastructure for stablecoin custody, payments, and business operational accounts. Below is every way to reach the company, and which route is the right one for what you need.
Each route below goes to a team that answers it. If you are not sure which one to use, sales is the safe default and will pass you on internally.
Sales and new accounts
Talk to the sales team about enterprise pricing, volume, supported rails, and onboarding timelines. This is the right route if you are evaluating Dakota or need a quote.
Talk to salesCustomer support
Existing customers can reach support for account questions, payment status, and anything that needs a human on an active account.
support@dakota.xyzSecurity
Report a vulnerability, a suspected incident, or anything that looks like abuse of the platform. Security reports are read by the security team, not by a shared inbox.
security@dakota.xyzDevelopers
API reference, guides, SDKs, the OpenAPI specification, and the MCP server all live in the developer documentation. Start there before opening a support ticket about an integration.
